Mr Lazaros Kesidis holds a degree in Economics from Greece (Aristotl University of Thessaloniki) and a Law degree from the United Kingdom (Lancaster University), and has gained valuable working experience in New York and London.

Mr. Kesidis focuses on difficult corporate and commercial matters, supporting clients with business structuring and governance issues, strategic transactions, and high-stakes negotiations, helping companies and entrepreneurs manage risk, protect their interests, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

In addition, he is highly experienced in real estate and property matters, assisting with acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, due diligence, and complex property-related. Mr. Kesidis also advises on investments, guiding clients through transaction planning and documentation with a careful eye on both legal protection and commercial outcomes.
